The LEAD Center, Ltd. (TLC) aims to provide an alternative educational setting that is designed to be creative and individualized for each student, while preparing them for life and community.  At the same time, The LEAD Center, Ltd. hopes to develop a program of education that is accessible, consistent, adaptable, marketable, and reproducible anywhere.  The Center is committed to offering superior special education services by utilizing our collective expertise in education, behavior management, and technology. 

To fulfill its mission, The LEAD Center, Ltd. must be a company that is responsive to:

·        students through its reputation for high standards of learning in a professional manner.

·        employees by creating an atmosphere where each employee is treated as a valued member of The LEAD Center, Ltd. team.

·        shareholders by providing optimum return on investments and sustainable growth.

 

Strategies developed by Center staff that will enable us to carry out this mission are:

·        Develop and maintain programs to assist with our daily responsibilities.

·        Target students and build specific programs to help them achieve their highest potential.

·        Continually review TLC performance and make all necessary adjustments related to student success, costs, profits, employee benefits, and growth.

·        Continually evaluate “cost,” the element that must be controlled so TLC can stay competitive in an ever-changing market.

·        Emphasize workplace responsibility and authority, which is delegated at the individual level. Ideas and suggestions from employees will be acknowledged, and if beneficial to the company, will also be implemented.

·        Foster an environment of cooperation and teamwork throughout the organization by emphasizing open communication and management example.  This concept is conveyed to students, parents, teachers, and the community.

·        Provide training and education to staff and allow personnel to take advantage of opportunities to further enhance our ability to serve our clients

·        Recognize the value of the individual employee.  Help each individual realize his or her goals and share the resulting benefits with the company.
